We offer free shipping on orders over $99 shipped within the continental United States.

Comic Book shipping & Returns Policy are as Follows

Comics will be shipped either 1st class or Priority USPS Mail. I can fit 2 bagged & boarded comics into 1st class mail. Product ships withen 1-3 days of Purchase. Returns are Usually Not accepted. I will only accept a return for a major detail or damage that i may have missed. All Comics come Bagged & Boarded shipped in a Comic Mailer.

Trading Card Policy

Singles trading Cards are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless i missed a major detail or damage to the item. Due to the volatility of the market i cant accept returns! Same Goes for Cases, Hobby Boxes & packs. unless theres damage on shipment, i cannot accept any return or give a refund on product. Cards always come in a bubble mailer with tracking. Penny sleeves protected by cardboard for cheaper cards and Penny Sleeve + top-loader with Cardboard protecting it for more expensive Cards will be used when shipping.  Graded Cards will be well protected by Cardboard in a bubble mailer or small package with bubble wrap when shipped.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, USVI, MILITARY

United States Postal Service (USPS) is available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or United States Military Addresses (APO, AP, FPO) at domestic prices. Individual rates will vary based on your location and shipping weight of your order. We cannot offer FREE SHIPPING to these Area's.

In Rare cases due to our error, we will accept returns and if possible a replacement of that exact product. Refunds will be handed out if not replaceable. Product must be in same unopened, untampered with packing it came in and Returns must started withen 24 hours of the delivery.
 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Pre-Order items - Are not Returnable and Non-Refundable. 

All sales are final - this includes the sales of pre-sell products. The purchaser agrees to purchase and pay for pre-sell products at the advertised price when the order is submitted. Price adjustments are not made if the price changes after the order is placed. No refunds will be given for any fluctuation in price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jhumphrey1980@protonmail.com and send your item to: 4308 NE Sunset blvd i-4, Renton, WA, 98059, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 18850 SE 256th St Covington WA, 98042 United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Packages

If packages are damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately. In these cases, we will have the damaged shipment returned to us at no cost to the buyer and issue a new package immediately, provided we have more products in Stock.

Please do not open the Product or its packaging, tape etc. and inspect the contents if you suspect damage has been made to the physical items inside. Once an item is open, we cannot accept the return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.

Damaged cards or manufacturer error

In the event that cards inside of the unopened carton are damaged due to a manufacturer error, we will put you in contact with the appropriate party to help resolve the issue. Manufacturer replacement usually only lasts for one full calendar year after release.

Emerald City Sports Cards is not responsible for any manufacturer errors, including production errors. Issues of this nature should be brought to the attention of the manufacturer.
